One Week Daytime Courses

Class Information

 Hands on Courses with a variety of different skills. Lots of food to take home for two and light lunch included.

Mon: prawn pilaff; boeuf bourguignonne; shortcrust pastry flan case. Tues: focaccia; chocolate tart (using pastry case); vanilla ice cream (sugar syrup method); steak with Madeira sauce (espagnole sauce). Wed: boned stuffed whole chicken with tarragon and feta stuffing; watercress and goats cheese fritters (choux pastry); almond tuile biscuits. Thurs: lemon mousse; filetted seabass (filetting a round fish) with lemon beurre blanc; chicken liver parfait. Fri: crab chilli and cherry tomato linguine (preparing crab, making fresh pasta); twice baked pecorino and rosemary souffles; crumpets.
